Quick facts
What will you experience?
Your day begins in Salento, where you hop into a Jeep Willys for the scenic ride to Valle del Cocora. There you hike the main viewpoint circuit, with time for photos at the condor’s nest, the flag, the hand and the iconic sign, fully immersed in the forest of the world’s tallest wax palms.
Next, you head to a traditional coffee farm for a 1-hour-30-minute experience, where you learn the key steps of coffee —from plant to cup— in an authentic, welcoming setting.
To wrap up, you return to Salento and enjoy a home-style lunch (menu of the day: soup, main course and dessert) at Doña Luci’s restaurant, the true taste of Salento locals. The activity ends in the town center, leaving your afternoon free to stroll Calle Real.
