We offer several entry time slots throughout the day; you can select an available slot when booking. You don't need to arrive at the exact start time of your slot, as long as you stay within the total duration you chose. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

To ensure the safety and cleanliness of the facilities, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the resort. Before entering, security staff will check your bags or luggage. If you need to eat, there are restaurants and cafés on site where you can buy meals and snacks. This way, you'll comply with the venue's policies and enjoy a hassle-free day of relaxation.
Contrary to what many people think, you don't have to arrive at the exact start time of your slot. You can arrive after the indicated time as long as you stay within the total duration of the slot you chose. This gives you flexibility to plan your trip and get to the hot springs stress-free. For example, if your slot starts at 6:30 a.m. and runs until 10:30 a.m., and you arrive at 8:00 a.m., you'll still have the remaining time to enjoy the hot springs.
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start of the activity: we refund 100% of what you paid, with no fees. You can also change the date at no cost with 24 hours' notice or more, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't show up, the booking is non-refundable. If you plan to drive to the Hot Springs in your own vehicle, we offer a parking service conveniently located near the ticket office. Please note that, for your safety and that of other visitors, parking inside the resort is prohibited.
→ The pass is personal and non-transferable, and is valid only on the day it is activated at the ticket office.
→ After checking in at the ticket office and validating your entry pass, you'll walk about 200 meters uphill to reach the pools, changing rooms and other resort facilities.
→ The entry, stay and exit of minors is the sole responsibility of the accompanying adult.
