At Cocoratours, we understand that tourism excellence comes from synergy among partners. We have built a strategic network with hotels, hostels, agencies, and platforms across the Coffee Region. This document describes our commission model, the requirements to formalize a partnership, and the terms of collaboration.

1 Tiered commission plan

The commission is set according to group size and the type of service booked:

Important note: commissions do not apply to horseback rides in Valle del Cocora, which are offered at a net rate.

2 Formalization and legal requirements

To establish a partnership, both the partner and the Agency must provide:

  • Valid RNT for the establishment and the Agency.
  • Chamber of Commerce certificate issued within the last 30 days.
  • Updated RUT for payment processing and invoicing.
  • Insurance policies for medical assistance and civil liability.

3 Partnership types

  • Tourism brokerage agreement: for an ongoing relationship, with monthly invoicing.
  • Referral agreement: for occasional bookings made directly.

4 Payment and booking policies

Local partnersFlexible payment on the same day, or direct payment by the customer with the commission reported to the partner.
